Return Policy

We hope you are 100% satisfied with your Lumosa Luce purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, Lumosa Luce offers a refund or exchange on unopened and unused full-priced items within 14 days of purchase.

DAMAGED ITEMS: We are happy to replace any item damaged during shipping. Please submit images to info@lumosaluce.com.

RETURNED ITEMS: We can exchange or refund the cost of any unused candles, but we are unable to cover the return shipping cost. You are responsible for paying the shipping fee. Items must be returned in new, unused, unburned, and resalable condition in the original box and packaging. Once received and approved, we will issue a refund.
